James was a pleasure to work with. He quoted quickly & fairly, came when he said he would & was flexible and adaptable to the challenges of a large and difficult project.

His window masking and spray application was first class, & he completed the work rapidly & on schedule. He was willing to liaise with other builders on site to co-ordinate works.

He power-sprayed off the old paintwork, repaired all the render cracks and completed the Corksol coatings quickly & efficiently & tidied up as he went along.

I think his quote was excellent value & he was a good communicator, both reporting & correcting unexpected issues found as we went along and agreeing solutions in advance.

His advice was sound & experienced.

Definitely a 5 star job and service, and a thoroughly nice man to deal with. He provided the guarantee paperwork rapidly.

We are very pleased with his work and would re-employ him in the future without hesitation.

The Arctic White Corksol looks good & hopefully will provide extra insulation to the upper storey of the house.

I dont write many reviews but the work was exeptional

When i had the job quote it was a good price for the extent of the work (remove the existing and re-render with cork)

i mentioned we might uncover some extra suprises and to deal with them as they arose

It turned out where where some important issues to address before the house could be renderd but the extra work was at a great value and he took the time to show the issues and explain solutions

From bricking up windows, tying in the extention, rebuilding back wall to meshing parts of the building where needed as it had had movment previously

Communication
Discoverd issues and solutions such as needed to rebuild part of the outer back wall (bricks all lose) to when he would be round based on weather (to sunny for coats to dry or windy for spraying etc)

Advice
pointed out things that could be done or approached he was going to take to get round certain problem

Work ethic
Outstanding worked in all weathers, weekends, bank holidays etc any day it was suitable conditions to progress
Tidied up the site a rare skill

Finally a great person to chat to as well which may have slowed him a bit as i enjoyed a conversation and he even fixed by patio !

All in all 100% satisfied with the work done and the cork render looks fantastic !

James did a brilliant job on my property, turned up when he said he was going to did exactly as he said he would, and any issues which came apparent he contacted me straight away. Couldn't recommend James enough

James did a fabulous job of making our back yard area look very nice indeed. We had a walled area that was a mix of different bricks and had various repairs that were generally very untidy, he rendered and coated this area and then wafted some stonework on either side to help blend in the three walled areas so they looked good together. He was clean and tidy, he communicated well with me on working around the unsettled weather conditions. The finish is beautiful. This was a value for money job with a high quality finish. I am very pleased indeed. Working on getting him back to sort out an area on the front of the property too.
