With 2025 just around the corner, bringing with it a whole host of new fashion trends, we’ve collated some of the key trends when it comes to colour in the home to have on the radar ahead of the New Year.
Here at CorkSol, we stock a range of colours, with the most popular shades from our Neutrals range but will this be the case in 2025?
Dark colours
Many homeowners are taking the step away from their comfort zones of grey tones and are instead opting for more bold dark colours for their exteriors. These dark colour choices will complement accent walls and features such as bold coloured doors to help create a contemporary and sophisticated finish. People are also choosing these dark hues because they want their homes to be the sole focus, often pairing it with a minimalistic landscaping design. It’s expected that from this trend, we will see a rise in Charcoal and Pitch being chosen from our colour range to help create this desired effect.
Warm neutrals
It seems that the beige trend will be here to stay as many homeowners will be using it on the exterior to create a sense of natural serenity and tranquillity. Just like the dark colours, warm neutral hues will also replace cool grey tones because of its warming feeling, creating a relaxing atmosphere. However in contrast, to the dark colours, many will be choosing warm neutral colours in order for their house to blend into the surroundings. We’re already ahead of this trend with eight neutral colour options readily available for homeowners to choose from.
Bold and Bright colours
Home exteriors are all personal preference but bold and bright colours are expected to rise with people breaking away from basic tones and choosing blues and greens to upgrade their properties. Blue hues have been on the rise for a few years due its calming nature but it is predicted that it will become a more popular choice. SprayCork is available in three tones of blue, with Mist, Sky and Denim. In addition to the blue, earthy green colours will be trending next year. These natural colours are once again to help create a relaxing and inviting environment which works on both traditional and modern exteriors. With Sage and Olive, already in our colour range, we predict to see a rise in these colours being chosen as they trend in 2025.
Our extensive range of colours available is just one of the many benefits of using SprayCork as an external render and as many of our colours are predicted to trend in 2025, more homeowners will be reaping the benefits of the product.
