About the Applicator

Wootton Building Services Ltd. was established in 2013 to primarily support the maintenance of commercial buildings within the facilities management sector.
After discovering Thermocork back in 2019 and becoming an approved applicator, owner Wayne Bessell decided quickly to move the company in a different direction and to solely the application of Thermocork (Now v2 - SprayCork) via CorkSol UK.

The company specialises in both internal and exterior spray applications to both domestic and commercial customers and is very proud to be accredited with the prestigious “Master Applicator” status.

  • Wootton Building Services Ltd "Reservoir House "

The house was sprayed with Corksol, which has completely transformed its appearance. The textured paint has pulled together disparate elements, such as the later addition porch, into a coherent whole. I particularly like the way that the paint can be sprayed over cables and soil etc pipes to help them blend in. Several passers by have commented on how much the job has improved the appearance of the house.
I can't provide evidence of how much the cork has improved the insulation of the house, but what is noticeable is how the coating feels warm to the touch, indicating that heat isn't being conducted away. So it is bound to be beneficial.
This wasn't an easy job, as the weather was unusually poor and Wayne's team could only spray when conditions were right. Wayne was excellent at keeping me in the picture, via email and WhatsApp. He and the team did an excellent job, which I am very happy with. All in all first class.
