About the Applicator
We have been in the building industry for 25 years now, working from foundation to roofs, new builds to conversions. We find Spray Cork to be a miracle product and love its adaptability and versatility. We have been installing the product for over 5 years now and have installed on old Victorian bay windows, industrial roofs, commercial properties and domestic properties. We treat every project as though we were working on our own home, taking care of your property but also ensuring that your neighbours are looked after should any dirt or disturbance affect them in any way. ‘Quality’ and ‘Care’ are words we live by.

We had been having condensation issues for years, had various roofers come round, paid them to fix the problem, but the condensation issue kept coming back badly. I got in touch with Total Trades after researching them online and Lee came round and spotted the issue straight away. He applied 2 coats of internal spray cork and replastered the room to high standard. This was completed within one week. The team turned up on time and left the property clean and tidy when finished. I was told by Lee I wouldn’t be paying a penny until the job was complete and I was happy. Excellent customer service. I will not use any other company from now on when if we need any building or roofing work. Thanks so much!
