About the Applicator

LM finishes is a family run business, after many years of working as a sub-contractor for multiple companies we decided in 2021 to start our own company to offer people the service and standards we value that were overlooked at times when working for others.

We pride ourselves in offering an exceptional standard to all we do and an exceptional experience from start to finish for you. We will always try to offer you as many options to solve the problem you have and will give you our honest opinion and advice on what we think is best. We treat your home as if it was our own and will work with you to achieve the results you're looking for.

We offer a range of services including SprayCork internal or external, all aspects of general plastering, rendering and venetian plastering.

In early 2023 we heard about CorkSol UK and their SprayCork product. After much research into it and realising it was a product that could help many properties, we became an Independent Approved Applicator. We have transformed numerous properties with oversprays, internal spray, and plaster jobs. The reason we chose to work with CorkSol is that we love the sustainability of the product - by using the cork we are helping the planet, not hindering it. And everything cork can do for your home, it does naturally.

LM Finishes "Amazing job..."

Very happy with having this work done.

Despite the challenges with the weather, and having to work around other trades etc, the team delivered a great end result. Nothing was too much bother and they were flexible when we needed to change things.

The finish is exactly what we wanted, with all the tell tale signs of previous work still visible and therefore all of it's character retained... which was very important to us, given the age and style of the property.

We did have a subsequent issue with an area that was extremely difficult to get to during the initial work, (we were also having the roof re-thatched at the same time!), but true to their word, and with just a very simple telephone conversation, the team came back and dealt with it under their guarantee...!

Very happy to recommend these guys and the product, to anyone.

Had this company spray back of property, very impressed with the job. They came when they said they would, good communication, and left the site clean.
