CorkSol / Eco Surface Solutions - Case Study

Eco Surface Solutions, part of the CorkSol Independent Applicator Network, and a member of the QualiCork scheme, have worked on a project in East Molesey.
The property was suffering from cracked render, as shown in the bottom right image. The customer wanted it repaired and sealed with a product that would not crack and was low maintenance. Cork is a naturally flexible material, which makes it resistant to cracking.
Being a solid wall property, the customer also wanted to receive the thermal benefits that cork provides, as older properties tend to be colder and allow heat to escape, generally due to a lack of insulation. SprayCork can reduce heat loss through solid stone walls by up to 30%, making it a great option for extra insulation.
The customer also favoured cork due to the 25 year warranty that is offered. This gave the customer piece of mind that the product will last.
