At CorkSol, our dedicated specification team is here to support your project from concept to completion. With a wealth of experience across industries, we work closely with architects, contractors, and developers to ensure every detail is covered—from technical guidance to tailored solutions.

James is the go-to expert for all specification and commercial projects at CorkSol. Since joining in early 2023, he has worked closely with architects, businesses, and social housing providers to understand their unique challenges—whether it's air tightness, thermal inefficiencies, or black spot mould.
With a solution-focused approach, James ensures that every project benefits from the right technical guidance and product specification. Once a solution is agreed upon, he seamlessly hands over to Danny to coordinate project delivery, ensuring a smooth transition from planning to execution.

Once a project is secured, Danny takes the lead in ensuring its smooth and efficient delivery. As Project Manager, he oversees every aspect of the process—from coordinating our Independent Applicator Network to managing onsite activity and keeping clients informed along the way.
With a strong focus on timelines and budgets, Danny ensures that every project is completed to the highest standard, meeting both client expectations and CorkSol’s commitment to excellence. Since joining in early 2024, he has successfully managed projects for commercial clients and social housing providers, delivering results that make a lasting impact.

Luke plays a vital role in the delivery of CorkSol Contracting projects, by liaising with the Independent Applicators to ensure the successful application of our solutions. Luke works along the applicators on any product and application queries, providing expert guidance on installation and offering on-site support where needed to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Having been part of the Independent Applicator Network for a number of years, Luke has hands-on experience in applying CorkSol products across both commercial and residential projects.
